Jordan and Jocelyn started their soccer seasons in August. Trevor wishes that he could play but he has to wait one more year to be old enough. Both kids have really enjoyed it, but Jocelyn has far exceeded my expectations. She gets out there and tries really hard. She scored her first goal in only the third game. That is pretty good considering Jordan has played for three different seasons and has yet to score. On Jordan's behalf, he prefers to play defense and he does a pretty good job of it. Jordan has been playing for the Rhinos, under Coach Jeremiah and Jocelyn is a Scorpion, under Coach Dave. The teamwork and structure of bein on a team has been good for both of them. They only have two more games until they play again in the spring. Between practices and games, we have been quite busy but it has been so much fun. I can honestly say that I will miss being a soccer mom, at least until spring season rolls around!!
